What do you desire?
Are you looking for more pleasure and joy in your life?
Or more stability and security?
Think about these questions for a moment. Take this break in time to find as much stillness in your body as you can so that you can get in touch with what you want.
Can you feel it? Can you feel what you’re wanting?
What you’re becoming?
Take a moment to sit with yourself. Be with yourself.
What sensations are arising in your body?
You might notice that you’re feeling joy and happiness. Or you might feel anxiety and worry. Or pride.
But these are not actually sensations.
Living lives that we do not desire but have accustomed ourselves to living numbs the body.
Your body is a vessel of exploration. An agent of change.
We want to keep our bodies sensitive and perceiving, open.
Listening to the body leads you to transformation in every moment.
And most of us have no education in learning how to articulate the sensations we feel.
As I write this message that you will one day find while searching for answers, I am feeling the following sensations arise in my body:
I feel flat, hard ground beneath my feet. There is an airiness in my calves — I have probably been sitting too long. There is a tightness in my bended knees. I feel a thick field of warmth emanating around my crotch. There is a solidity at the pit of my stomach and a hot gurgling at the top of my stomach toward my sternum. My heart is thumping rhythmically and surely. My shoulders are tight — I’ve been in a car accident recently and need more chiropractic work. And I feel an electric, circular energy at the crown of my head.
How you feel in your body is foundational.
What are you becoming?
The answer is rooted to how you feel in your body and your ability to notice what’s happening in your body at any given time.
If you are looking for greater connection and greater potency, I can guide you a place of knowingness in your own biological compass that will help to take you where you want to go.
So — what do you desire?
